My Fitness Journey
Grew up a total tomboy who loved sports, gym class, and recess. I practiced my vocab words on a skateboard, and embraced being a little different. That backwards hat wearing girl radiated confidence!
In high school, I decided it was time to stop being weak and learn as much as I could about fitness to improve my relationship with food and body image. I spent my study halls in the weight room!
Liz Fit Bootcamp was started in college, where I spent all four years working at my college's gym and developing the group fitness program. We had so much fun starting a revolution of strong women on campus!
During my senior year of college, I felt God's calling to serve Him by encouraging and strengthening other believers. I began started fitness Bible studies and volunteering for various ministries alongside fitness.
Post college I spent several years working for various fitness brands and learning a variety of training styles, the greatest being from Hannah from the HEF Tribe. I owe much of my training knowledge to her! She was my OG coach and am so grateful to partner with her to this day!
In 2023, I married my gym crush and it was the best day ever!
My personal training grew and I was soon training women full time in person. I worked with women from ages 12 to 72 and get to live out my dream of building strong women every day.
After coaching women through their pregnancies and postpartum journeys in person, I decided to start training fully online in the perinatal space after giving birth to my son. I love being a mom and truly believe I am living out my calling, helping other women shine in motherhood too.

The Foundation
βBeloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God.
Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love.
In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him.
In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God; if we love one another, God abides in us and his love is perfected in us.β

I love my clients so much because Jesus loved me first. My coaching is an extension of the love I have received from my Lord and Savior.
I believe that God cares about our bodies as we are his hands and feet on this earth! Therefore, through fitness we can honor him and bless others by taking care of ourselves through the joy of fitness and wellness.
