Pregnancy is a season of incredible change, but it does not mean pressing pause on movement. In fact, moving safely and intentionally during pregnancy helps reduce aches and pains, improves energy, prepares your core and pelvic floor for birth, and supports a smoother recovery postpartum.
Whether you are new to exercise or adjusting a lifting routine you have loved for years, pregnancy workouts should be functional, safe, and designed for your unique body. Together we will focus on breath work, strength, and mobility to help you feel confident, capable, and connected as you grow new life.
02 — Postpartum
The postpartum journey does not end after six weeks. It is an ongoing season of healing and rebuilding. Your body has done something incredible, and it deserves intentional care as you return to movement.
I help women reconnect with their core and pelvic floor, rebuild strength from the inside out, and restore confidence in their bodies. This is not about bouncing back, it’s about moving forward. We are going to recover well, feel strong for motherhood, and create a foundation that supports you now and for any future pregnancies
03 — TTC
One of the biggest mistakes I see women make is waiting until they get that positive test to start caring for their health. If you are on your trying to conceive journey, now is the time to prepare your body for pregnancy and beyond. A smoother pregnancy often starts with a stronger foundation. Whether you are doing intense HIIT workouts or have not been moving at all, your workouts should reflect your goals. If your goal is starting a family, are you training in a way that prepares you for pregnancy and the physical demands of motherhood?
